Our mission is to provide the Inland Empire and all its athletes the best training opportunities. Our programs will make you faster, stronger and more agile for any sport: football, basketball, baseball, soccer, hockey. WE GUARANTEE RESULTS! The next step towards making the team, earning a scholarship, or winning that coveted championship is here. Training does not begin in the off-season; it continues.

Mission Statement
The goal of the ISC Baseball Academy is to provide the children of our community with a rewarding baseball program, while promoting positive life skills and strong character development. The ISC Baseball Academy Operations staff is focused on providing opportunities to build a successful winning environment through the use of our academy. New! High Intensity Machine Circuit- meant to get you in and out in 30 minutes. This training program targets every muscle group utilizing pre-exhaust methods to isolate and target specific muscle groups to improve tone and strength. Come join us for a 30 minute trial session and see what you are missing.
New! Pilates/Yoga Classes- get that lean body, toned muscles, flexibility and core strength you've been looking for. Join our yoga/pilates classes Tuesday mornings at 10am. Keep an eye out for clinics and special events throughout the month for extra classes. Your first class is FREE!!!
Fitness Saturdays- be a part of a group that trains hard and correctly to get the most out of their workouts. Work through a series of cardio exercises, strength exercises, abdominal and core workouts meant to give the best results in the shortest amount of time. See what its all about check our updates for Saturday classes- 2 classes held monthly: 8:30-10am.
Private Gym Membership- Open hours between 2-9pm Monday-Friday; Sat 930-2pm.
